Currently, VidaVac ships to:

  • United States
  • Canada

Shipping Carrier

  • For U.S. orders, we use FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method.                                             
  • For Canadian orders, we ship via DHL or USPS.

Carrier selection is based on delivery speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency for your region.

Processing Time

We process and ship out orders within 1-3 business days from the time payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days (on average)
  • Canada: 5–10 business days, depending on customs and local delivery services

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order
  • Your shipping destination
  • The selected carrier service

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

Delays and Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

VidaVac is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer. If you suspect your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact the carrier for assistance and notify us at contact@vidavac.com.
